What is a good hair straightening flat iron and or product? ALL STYLIST HELP!?

Okay... I am half black and filipino and you can tell from my hair that I am a mixed girl. I take a shower, or as soon as it gets a little humid my hair frizzes out. When wet it is super curly. I have tried to gel and hair spray it to keep that super cute curl in, but nothing ever works. And yes I have thought of a diffuser but since I dont even know how to use one, LOL

I dont bother. Same with blow drying striaght.. I have A LOT of hair, so its too muchof a hassel. So I just wait for it to dry and then I go ahead and straighten it with a flat iron. I always use Biosilk when doing so, and it works great. But my tru ceramic pro ( impulse buy) broke tonight....so I am going to buy another striaghtner ASAP. I wanna know what I can use that will last me for awhile ( the tru ceramic pro lasted me 2 years!) and what I can use to help aid in my striaght hair process. I need REAL ADVICE!! products and Straightners. Or should I just go to the salon pay the 150 +tip and buy what was used thereWhat is a good hair straightening flat iron and or product? The bed head straightner are really good and for a good product to make your hair look bomb, I would suggest the defining whip from Aveda....it pretects your hair too.
Go to a Korean or Japanese salon. 150+tip will actually be more, but considering it will last, I think it should be worth it. The touch up treatments will be done with minimal chemicals and most likely the same ceramic iron that you have already used at home. So you can save yourself the touch up..



DO NOT GO TO ANY SALON OTHER THAN KOREAN OR JAPANESE!!! The japanese invented the system and the koreans perfected it with widespread use..even on celebrities. OKAY???? Well g'luck
